Falkenthal Joins Communities at Washington Times as Media Migraine columnist
(San Diego) – It takes a brave woman to face up to media without the migraine. Gayle Lynn Falkenthal, APR is this woman with her new column for Communities at Washington Times.
Media Migraine will help readers navigate how to use and understand how media works, while poking fun at the media that is so prevalent in our lives. Falkenthal calls it “the first over-the-counter column approved for fast and effective relief from even your worst media-induced headache.”
The column will publish on a regular basis and cover a wide variety of topics. The legacy of the Oscar-winning film “Network” and the significance of a recent Court of Appeals ruling on citizen journalism are among the initial columns. The column been shared at the Department of Defense Information School in North Carolina and in a mass communication class at Idaho State University.
